Of course appointments are always recommended, and to help you remember your reservation, we'll call you the day before your reservation to confirm. To make a reservation, a $10 US deposit is required for all mesotherapy, facial and massages, and 10% to reserve spa packages.

Our time is important to us all, so punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. Please arrive to the spa 10 to 15 minutes prior to your reservation so you can begin to relax and prepare to enjoy your treatment. Clients arriving 5 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule and charged a late fee.
Advanced notice is necessary for all cancellations to prevent cancellation fees.
- A two (2) hour cancellation notice is required on mesotherapy, facial and massages
- A (1) hour cancellation notice on pedicure, manicure treatments
- 24 hour cancellation notice is required on packages to prevent a cancellation fee charge. Cancellation fees can be as much as the deposit to reserve that service.
To insure all clients are able to enjoy their experience, please observe the following:
- Please set your cell phone to vibrate, or simply turn it off at the door.
- For your safety, and the safety of your children, no infants or children are allowed in the Spa
- Smoking is not allowed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Your therapist may terminate a service without a refund, for any use of inappropriate language or actions
- Gratuities are not included in the services price and are discretionary.
